I have a narrow long nose and the tape opened up my nostrils instantly.
If I could I would wear it continuously and never take it off.

Bought these for my husband to try because he basically has no left nostril, snores like his life depends on it and basically can’t smell anything.
Was a bit skeptical, but he noticed a huge difference immediately after applying.
He has had them on every night since he got them and says he feels so much better in the morning. I also feel so much better in the mornings after having a relatively quiet night. He still snores, but it’s more of a gentle hum now, not like the road train I have endured for 2 decades.
