My son is 11 and has multiple medical issues. As a person with narcolepsy I’m usually stuck in REM sleep for most of the night and end up waking up tired. This is the greatest of all tapes. I was a bit unsure if this as the bold name put me off, but after trying numerous nose tapes I finally tried them and they’re amazing! They stick and stay on and they actually open both nose cavities, unlike the others. My breathing and sleep has improved significantly including my REM. Highly recommend and the price difference between these and the rubbish versions is minimal.
