Using these during sport to improve performance for husband who has bent septum in nose and he has been impressed. Who would think a nose strip could work but they actually do. Breathing is easier. Results follow. Great product.

It opens my nose and now I can breathe again

Just started a week ago. They do work.

I have bad sinus since menopause mostly I’m allergic to fragrances but at night I completely block up and can wake up with headaches or migraines I’m using medication that shouldn’t be used as much as I do and while I still have to use some the nose strips have made sleeping so much easier and given me so much more relief drug free

Definitely breathing easier, I always have erratic and very fast breathing throughout the night.
Much calmer, quieter breathing since using these and same for my 9yr old son since using the kids ones
