Have tried the GOAT Black Nose Strips as well as the Clear White, and both are great. The Black Nose Strips, for me, they do have a very strong adhesive and not sure continual use will be okay for my skin.

The mouth and nose tape combination have worked really well in reducing my snoring. Applying the nose strips immediately improved my breathing and the mouth tape has greatly improved my wife's sleeping due to the reduction in my snoring.

This product is amazing. I have a deviated septum & the nose tape is a game changer - I can breathe through my nose with this tape. The mouth tape is good. The breather hole works well.
