I've tried plenty of anti-snoring devices — a few mouth guards, mouth tape, things you put up your nose & nose tape… Some other brands advertise flexible mouth tape with easy peel off backing, but aren't flexible & hard to peel off. GOAT is flexible, the straw hole is great.

That's what the slit in the middle is for. A cough, a sip of water, whatever — without peeling the whole thing off. And if you want it off, it lifts away easily. The strange feeling usually passes within the first couple of nights.

Will it stay on all night?+
