    How-to: Nose Strips

    It's not rocket science but here's a few hacks to sticking it right the first time!

    1. Make sure your nose is clean and dry, remove any sweat, cream or dirt and dry it thoroughly.

    2. Peel the backing tape of without touching the adhesive with your finger tips.

    3. Position the strip in the middle of your nose but make sure it sits below the bonniest part of your nose so that the ends of the strip sit on your nostrils, not your cheek.

    4. Press down the sides and hold for 5-10 sec.

    5. Rub the sides to activate the adhesive.

    I had a feelign these would be good so I made the first purchase!

    Smooth breathing

    The nose strip has now enabled me to easily get air flow through by nostrils while running. Previous football injuries to nose had caused brething issues.

    Good product - it does work, however I have found it doesn't always stick well (more the exception than the rule). Other than that very happy with the strips.

    Instant relief

    I’ve had issues with my nose and breathing due to a bunch of trauma to my face over the years lots of falling on it etc. The second I put a strip on I felt my nose open up and the pressure release in my head. I’ve just ordered the mouth tape too. Give it a crack you’ll be glad you did.
