The mouth and nose tape combination have worked really well in reducing my snoring. Applying the nose strips immediately improved my breathing and the mouth tape has greatly improved my wife's sleeping due to the reduction in my snoring.
Both these tapes work well. While I've always slept well, I'd noticed a change during perimenopause. Using the tapes have resulted in a deeper sleep again and my husband has noticed I'm not snoring.

This product is amazing. I have a deviated septum & the nose tape is a game changer - I can breathe through my nose with this tape. The mouth tape is good. The breather hole works well. I do find the mouth tape has a slightly unpleasant glue/bandaid smell. Neither product reacts with my skin. Highly recommend.

Being of a sceptical nature, I doubted if these nose strips would be of any benefit to me but after trialling them for the past couple of weeks, I am amazed.
