    We bought nose strips for adults and kids, and also mouth tape for the adults. Both have used them. Both have had positive results. We have only used them for sleep/at night, although one of the adults is considering using it for a workout. The only downside, it's not a complaint, is the adjustment of getting used to wearing the tape, but there was always going to be some adjustment period. Hoping to continue the positive results, for the kids in particular.

    It probably is the greats I’ve found…

    I’ve tried plenty of anti-snoring devices - a few mouth guards, mouth tape, things you put up your nose & nose tape. GOAT nose tape is up there with the best of some others but the mouth tape is next level. Some other brands advertise flexible mouth tape with easy peel off backing, but aren’t flexible & hard to peel off. GOAT is flexible, the straw hole is great (lets some air in/out too), and the backing is pretty good (but not as good as the nose tape to get off - probably because it’s flexible). My wife says it’s 85% effective which is a very high rating considering my level of snoring.
